Thermo Scientific RNA phosphoramidites ensure a high level of quality and reliability for RNA oligonucleotide synthesis. Our phosphoramidites are manufactured to an exacting standard to reduce levels of critical impurities.

• RNA oligonucleotides synthesized using 2'-Fluoro U phosphoramidites have increased thermal stability of RNA duplexes and nuclease resistance of single-stranded RNA
• These phosphoramidites can be incorporated into custom siRNA oligonucleotides for use in gene-targeting and suppression studies
• Rigorously controlled manufacturing processes minimize levels of reactive P(III) impurities which could be incorporated into the oligonucleotide product and/or result in the accumulation of by-products which can be difficult to remove during purification
• NMR analysis is conducted on each lot to assure that the levels of critical impurities are within specifications
