MHC I-Strep HLA-A*0201; HA-1H (VLHDDLLEA) ist ein rekombinant exprimiertem MHC-Klasse-I-Molekül, das ein Peptid aus einem kleinen Histokompatibilitätsantigen HA-1H darstellt

Unser MHC I Streptamer™ Ansatz basiert auf unserer Strep-Tag-Technologie und ermöglicht eine reversible antigen-spezifische T-Zellmarkierung.

Ein mit dem MHC I-Strep zusammengefasstes Twin-Strep™ Tag ermöglicht die Multimerisierung von MHC I-Komplexen auf einem Strep-Tactin™ -Backbone, was zur Bildung von MHC I Streptamern führt.

Zur Multimerisierung von MHC I-STREPs können Strep-Tactin™ TACS Agarose-Säulen, Strep-Tactin™ magnetische Mikrobeads oder fluorophore-konjugierte Strep-Tactin™ verwendet werden.

Dies ermöglicht eine chromatographische oder magnetische Isolierung oder Zellfärbung der Affinität für die Analyse und Sortierung der Durchflusszytometrie (FACS), je nach den experimentellen Anforderungen.

Die Zugabe von Biotin kehrt die Multimerisierung von MHC-Klasse-I-Molekülen um, was zu ihrer Dissoziation von den Zielzellen führt.

Die daraus resultierenden label-freien Zellen sind äußerst lebensfähig und voll funktionsfähig.
