Insulin Receptor (β-subunit) Ab-5 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody, Epredia™
Epredia™ Insulin Receptor (β-Subunit) Ab-5, Mouse Monoclonal Antibody provides accurate, reproducible results.
Marke: Epredia MS-635-PABX
Beschreibung
The human insulin receptor is a heterotetrameric membrane glycoprotein consisting of disulfide-linked subunits in a Β-α-α-Β configuration. The Β-subunit (95kDa) possesses a single transmembrane domain with tyrosine kinase acivity, whereas the α-subunit (135kDa) is completely extracellular.Host Species: Mouse
Clone: CT-1
Isotype: IgG1/κ
Species Reactivity: Human, Mouse and Rat.
Epitope: aa-GRVLTLPRS- within the C-terminus
Immunogen: A 15-mer synthetic peptide corresponding to aa Tyr-KKNGRILTLPRSNPS from the C-terminal of human insulin receptor β-subunit
Molecular Weight: 95kDa
Positive Control: IM-9 lymphocyte cells
Cellular Localization: Membrane Ab-5 reacts with autophosphorylated and unoccupied receptors as well as the receptor-insulin complex. Ab-5 does not affect insulin-stimulated autophosphorylation.
Recommended for:
- Immunoprecipitation
- Affinity Purification (With peptide elution)
- ELISA (As capture antibody only)
- Tyrosine Kinase Assay (Ab-mediated capture on microplates)
