Beschreibung

Indole-3-butyric acid is auxin-family plant hormone (phytohormone). IBA is thought to be a precursor of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) the most abundant and the basic auxin natively occurring and functioning in plants. IAA generates the majority of auxin effects in intact plants, and is the most potent native auxin.

Anwendungen
Indol-3-Butansäure ist ein Pflanzenhormon aus der Auxin-Familie (Phytohormone). IBA gilt als Vorläufer der Indol-3-Essigsäure (IAA), dem am häufigsten vorkommenden und basischen Auxin, das in Pflanzen wirkt. IAA erzeugt die Mehrzahl der Auxin-Effekte in intakten Pflanzen und ist das stärkste native Auxin.
