Beschreibung

FGFR3 Synthetisches Peptid, PEP-1617, von Invitrogen.

Dieses Peptid stimmt mit den 19 Aminosäuren nahe dem Carboxy-Terminus von FGFR3 überein. PEP-1617 kann als Blockierungspeptid für den polyklonalen Antikörper PA5-34574 verwendet werden. Zur Verwendung als Blockierungspeptid im Western Blot das Peptid mit dem gleichen Volumen wie den Antikörper für 30 min bei 37 °C inkubieren.
