Vorläufer von fluoreszierenden Cumarin-Reagenzien

7-Methoxycoumarin-4-acetic acid is a precursor to coumarin-type fluorescent reagents. It has been uses as fluorescent probe in preparation of two novel LysB29 selectively labeled fluorescent derivatives of human insulin, in the preparation of cell-penetrating peptide transportan 10 (tp10) and as fluorescent label for peptides.

Anwendungen
7-Methoxycumarin-4-Essigsäure ist ein Vorläufer von fluoreszierenden Kumarin-Reagenzien. Wurde als Fluoreszenzsonde bei der Herstellung von zwei neuartigen selektiv LysB29-markierten fluoreszierenden Derivaten von Humaninsulin, bei der Herstellung des zelldurchdringenden Peptids Transportan 10 (tp10) und als Fluoreszenzmarkierung für Peptide verwendet.

Löslichkeit
Löslich in Aceton und Dimethylsulfoxid.

Hinweise
Exsikkation bei -20 °C. Nicht kompatibel mit Oxidationsmitteln.
